Job Description

Are you ready to inspire a store team to deliver inspirational guest experiences and build the LEGO brand?

Join the LEGO Brand Retail team as a Store Manager at Danbury, CT, and ensure that the LEGO Brand, Vision, and Values are exemplified in all store operations and guest interactions. You will empower your team to drive sales while providing a signature experience for every guest.

Create an environment where creativity and imagination define the future of play and strive for outstanding results in both guest experience and sales performance.

Responsibilities
  1. Demonstrate results orientation by meeting and exceeding Key Performance Indicators, supervising business processes, maintaining high standards of merchandising and cleanliness, and enhancing efficiency and profit through sound operational practices.
  2. Be a role model for guest experience by ensuring the execution of our service model, striving to complete all monthly mystery shops, creating NPS promoters, and coaching sales associates to deliver exceptional branded experiences.
  3. Lead your team to success by recruiting, developing, coaching, and providing ongoing training to ensure continuous improvement and team growth.
  4. Develop your team by articulating the LEGO brand experience, unlocking potential using LEGO Core Competencies, and identifying top candidates for promotion.
  5. Collaborate effectively with peers and partners to drive business performance and foster a positive working environment.
  6. Deliver retail experiences aligned with LEGO Brand values.
Qualifications
  • Proven management experience in retail.
  • Experience with POS systems, loss prevention, cash management, recruitment, scheduling, payroll, performance management, conflict resolution, visual merchandising, and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and computer proficiency.
  • Physical ability to move, talk, hear, reach, lift at least 30 lbs, and stand for extended periods.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range is $67,500 - $85,000 USD, based on responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational factors. Benefits include paid leave, insurance, wellbeing programs, employee discounts, bonuses, and flexible work arrangements.
