YOUR ROLE

As the full-time Store Team Leader, you are the CEO of your store! You are an entrepreneurial-minded business owner who takes pride in maximizing the daily operations of your store. You are passionate about developing a strong team through effective coaching and training. You make tough, strategic decisions to drive your business, deliver operational excellence, and ensure your store always rocks AEO Brand Standards. Most importantly, you bring your authentic self to work every day!

Your Responsibilities
  • Driving results: Maximize store productivity, build guest loyalty through an exceptional guest experience, and create/manage your store's business plan to meet KPI goals.
  • Business innovation: Analyze sales reports and trends to make real-time decisions to meet financial goals.
  • People leadership: Recruit, hire, retain, and develop a high-performing team. Encourage internal growth and create clear career paths through training, feedback, and performance reviews.
  • Teamwork: Foster a culture of collaboration and recognition, establish goals, and celebrate success.
  • Brand standards: Maintain visual standards, oversee merchandising, and ensure the store is guest-ready.
  • Workforce management: Create effective schedules based on traffic and payroll data to optimize staffing and control costs.
  • Integrity: Uphold company policies, ensure audit and shrink standards are met, and always do the right thing.
