Job summary

Qualifications

• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store and pharmacy operations, scheduling, and task delegation.
• Manage merchandising, inventory levels, and stock control.
• Analyze financial and performance data to increase sales and control costs.
• Hire, train, coach, and evaluate store team members.
• Ensure compliance with policies and employment laws; manage customer experience.
