Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at your location; handle inquiries and complaints.
• Make supervisory decisions aligned with Town Pump standards; drive sales and profitability.
• Record employee, inventory and sales data daily using a computer.
• Maintain security of store assets; manage cash, fuel, and inventory controls.
• Hire, train and orient new employees; discipline when needed.
• Order and merchandise inventory; price, stock, display and rotate items.
• Perform basic store maintenance and deposits; light cleaning.
• Set a professional example in customer service and teamwork.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license.
