• Assist the store manager in enforcing Town Pump standards, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store manager in pricing, inventory, buildups, merchandise, store appearance, signage, promotions, and vendor control.
• Serve as acting store manager during the manager's absence when needed and cover shifts on tills or in the deli.
• Assist with employee scheduling and completion of paperwork including books and cashier duties.
• Advise the store manager of personnel situations or policy violations affecting operations.
• Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service, setting a professional example for coworkers.
