Job summary

Iris Galerie Atlantic City is seeking a Retail Manager to lead store operations, greet customers, present the gallery concept, oversee photography tasks, and supervise the team to deliver exceptional service.

You will analyze daily results with dashboards, recruit and train staff, ensure health and safety compliance, and manage opening/closing routines, inventory, and budgets while growing the brand.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English language required, both oral and written.
• First experience in the field of sales and retail sales required.
• Strong communication skills with field teams, support teams and management.
• Independent and proactive profile.

Responsibilities

• Be an active participant in the service offered by Iris Galerie (greeting customers, presenting the concept, shooting, editing, supervising, etc.).
• Daily analysis of results: dashboards and indicators.
• Recruit, train, integrate, evaluate staff and support their professional development.
• Ensure store opening and closing operations, merchandising, inventory and cash handling.
• Maintain excellent customer service and monitor inventory and budget development.
