LOFT is seeking a Store Manager in Boston to lead customer and associate experiences, drive profitable store operations, and build a strong team. You will oversee day‑to‑day store performance, budgets, and payroll, while promoting community events and partnerships.

The role requires leadership, hospitality mindset, and strong communication skills to coach and develop staff and ensure a welcoming environment for customers and associates.

• 2+ years retail Store Manager or service industry experience (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers and associates.
