Qualifications

• 4 years general management experience including financial accountability.
• 4 years’ experience supervising 50+ exempt and non-exempt associates to include performance management, mentoring, hiring and firing.
• Effective January 26, 2019 - associates will be required to complete trainings and assessments (Academy, Open Door, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead facility operations and manage budgets and forecasting.
• Drive sales through merchandise presentation, pricing, signing, in-stocks and inventory control.
