Da Vien Coffee is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead a small team, and drive sales while ensuring exceptional customer service. The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and hands-on involvement in scheduling, inventory, and performance reviews.

Based in the Stanton, CA area, you will manage on-the-floor activities, coordinate with upper management, and maintain health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or Associate's degree with certifications.
• Experience leading retail teams.

Responsabilités

• Managing day-to-day operations of the store including opening and closing procedures.
• Hiring, training, and supervising team members and act as a point of contact
• Maintaining inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
• Monitoring financial performance, analyzing sales reports, and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets
• Deliver outstanding customer experience, as well as a similar environment for the in-house team
• Create and adjust staff schedules to meet location needs
