Job summary

Sightglass Coffee Roasters Llc is seeking a Store Manager for our Bay Area cafes to lead, hire, and develop a strong team while delivering exceptional hospitality and coffee experiences. The role focuses on guiding the cafe toward financial and operational goals with a customer-first mindset.

You will oversee daily operations, scheduling, payroll, and inventory, while coaching leaders and ensuring strict health and safety standards. A passion for coffee and people is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• 2+ years of retail or hospitality experience, with 1+ years of retail management leading a team of 10+ people.
• Understanding of sales, profits and loss and impact on store goals.

Responsibilities

• Hire and develop strong teams and train staff.
• Oversee daily operations: customer service, beverage prep, merchandising and workflow.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, inventory and back-of-house operations.
• Monitor store performance and drive improvements in financial results.
• Ensure health, safety and sanitation standards are met.
