Job summary

Majors Management is hiring a Store Manager responsible for all aspects of the store’s team and operations onsite in Kentucky. You will drive profitability, manage inventory, recruit and develop talent, and deliver a superior guest experience.

You will lead day-to-day operations, schedule shifts, coach performance, and implement plans to meet sales goals while maintaining labor controls. This is a full‑time, onsite role with weekly pay and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail management experience.
• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license and MVR may be required.

The Store Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the store's team and operations. This position will be responsible for driving store profitability, managing inventory levels, recruiting and hiring talent, and providing superior guest experience.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have valid driver's license and MVR

• The role requires flexibility in hours, including evenings/ weekends/ holidays, and the ability to work at least 50 hours per week, including one weekend per month

• Availability to be on call 24/7

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• High School diploma or GED is required

• Minimum of 1 year of retail management experience
