Job summary

Majors Management is seeking a Store Manager to oversee all store operations onsite. You will drive profitability, manage inventory, recruit and hire talent, and deliver superior guest experiences.

The role requires leadership of a team, development of staff, and hands-on involvement in daily activities to ensure targets are met and a high standard of service is maintained.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and MVR.
• Flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Available to be on call 24/7.

The Store Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the store’s team and operations. This position will be responsible for driving store profitability, managing inventory levels, recruiting and hiring talent, and providing superior guest experience.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
