Job summary

Majors Management is seeking a Store Manager for an onsite role in Kentucky. You will lead daily store operations, drive profitability, manage inventory, and recruit and develop a high-performing team to deliver a superior guest experience.

You will hire talent, schedule shifts, monitor P&L and inventory, and implement plans to grow sales while managing costs. A valid driver’s license and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and MVR.
• Flexibility in hours including evenings / weekends / holidays, and the ability to work at least 50 hours per week, including one weekend per month.
• Availability to be on call 24/7.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
