Jones Road Beauty is seeking a Retail Store Manager for our Georgetown, Washington D.C. location. You will lead the store team, educate customers on clean beauty, and oversee front- and back-of-house operations to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

The role requires energetic leadership, makeup artistry background, and a passion for Jones Road's clean beauty aesthetic. You will mentor MUAs, manage schedules, and drive in-store sales performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in retail management at a managerial level.
• Proven ability to lead a team and drive sales in a brand environment.
• Strong customer-centric mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in weekly reporting, scheduling, and project management.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Resides near Washington, D.C.

Responsibilities

• Sell and educate in-store to hit and exceed sales goals.
• Ensure a seamless client experience across all touch points.
• Collect actionable feedback and insights daily and share with leadership.
• Collect KPIs related to store performance.
• Drive store events and collaborate with Marketing.
• Oversee makeup appointment scheduling and services.
