Jones Road Beauty is looking for an energetic Retail Sales and Support Associate for our Georgetown store in Washington, DC, opening in November. You will engage with customers, assist needs, restock inventory, process transactions, and handle inquiries.

We seek a people-first professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and helps create a positive shopping experience. A high school diploma and 1–2 years retail or hospitality experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1–2 years of customer-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Excellent verbal communication and concise messaging.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Comfort with standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Engage with customers, answer inquiries, and process transactions on the POS system.
• Restock inventory and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Assist with foot traffic, manage queues, and support store events.
• Support inventory counts and receive packages to the store.
