Norman’s Gift Shops, Inc. in Huntingdon Valley, PA is seeking a Store Manager to lead our fast-growing, employee-owned Hallmark Gold Crown retailer.

You will oversee daily operations, drive sales, and deliver a caring, in-store experience for customers and staff. The role requires 3+ years of store management and customer service experience, a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, and the ability to manage payroll, events, and merchandising; familiarity with POS systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or higher.
• Store Management Experience: 3 years or more.
• Customer Service Experience: 3 years or more.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including events, holidays, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to stand/walk; lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Infuse our Customer CARE program into the culture of the store and drive retail sales while genuinely connecting with customers.
• Lead with a professional and unbiased leadership style to drive sales results and buy-in among team and peers.
• Efficiently manage all aspects of store operations, including payroll budgeting, event planning, shipment processing and merchandising.
• Learn and be efficient with our point-of-sale software system to ensure inventory accuracy with sales and markdowns.
• Additional duties as assigned.

We expect our Store Managersto show initiative, be decisive and collaborate with our organizational leadership to deliver to their sales and customer service objectives while managing all operational aspects of their store in an efficient and seamless manner.

Store Manager Key Responsibilities:

Basic Qualifications:

• High School diploma, GED, equivalent or higher.
• Store Management Experience: 3 years or more.
• Customer Service Experience: 3 years or more.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the needs of the business, including events, holidays, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to continuously stand/walk; frequently push/pull; occasionally bend/stoop/crawl/reach above shoulders/kneel; climb a ladder, and carry up to 40 pounds, e.g., fixture parts and cartons.
