Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Assist with store merchandising and staging of merchandise.
• Assist in all aspects of inventory management and shrink control.
• Follow ordering practices to meet in-stock targets.
• Provide superior customer service leadership.
• Open and close the store as needed; ensure cash handling controls.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and proper signage.
• Assist in reviewing operating statements and reporting trends.
