Good Oil Company is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, develop a strong team, and deliver exceptional customer service in the local community.

You'll recruit, train, and coach staff, manage schedules and inventories, maintain cleanliness and food quality, address customer concerns, and partner with leadership to drive sales and store performance. This hands-on role requires strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills, with a focus on safety and policy compliance.
