Good Oil is seeking a Store Manager to lead day-to-day store operations, build and coach a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will set standards, manage schedules, and drive results while upholding integrity and community values.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the overall operation and performance of your store.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a strong team.
