Good Oil Company is seeking an Assistant Manager in Willowville, OH. You will work alongside the Store Manager to lead a team, ensure a top-notch customer experience, and maintain safe, efficient store operations.

You will coach staff, help with scheduling and daily tasks, handle customer questions professionally, and support cash handling to ensure accurate transactions. A hands-on leader is valued in this role.
