Good Oil Company in Troy, Ohio is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the team and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will work closely with the Store Manager, coaching staff, managing shifts, and ensuring the store operates safely and efficiently.

You will supervise, train, and support team members, handle scheduling, and support cash handling while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and product presentation.
