Job summary

gorjana is seeking a Store Manager for our upcoming Bridgewater Commons location opening in Fall 2026. You will lead store performance, coach a high-performing team, and ensure best-in-class customer service while upholding our brand standards.

You will recruit, onboard, and develop talent, manage operations and scheduling, and drive clienteling to grow both new and repeat business. This role requires flexibility and a passion for our brand.

• Over 1 year of experience in a retail leadership position.
• Adaptable and capable of managing change.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive overall store performance and KPIs.
• Serve as brand ambassador, educating customers about our history and products.
• Hire, onboard, and develop store talent.
• Lead opening and closing duties.
• Schedule team to meet business and budget needs.
• Maintain brand visual standards and store SOPs.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Analyze performance and create action plans.
• Build new and repeat business through clienteling.
