Job summary

gorjana is seeking a Store Manager for our upcoming Bridgewater Commons location opening in Fall 2026. You will lead store performance, coach a high-performing team, and ensure best-in-class customer service while upholding our brand standards.

You will recruit, onboard, and develop talent, manage operations and scheduling, and drive clienteling to grow both new and repeat business. This role requires flexibility and a passion for our brand.

Job description

As the Store Manager, you are responsible for the store’s overall performance, talent initiatives, operational execution, visual standards, and customer experience. Ideal candidates are motivated, adaptable to change, coachable, values oriented, strong talent developers, and passionate about our brand. This role is located in our upcoming new location at Bridgewater Commons, opening Fall 2026.

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall store performance and KPIs
• Serve as brand ambassador by showing passion for the brand, educating customers about our history, and being knowledgeable about our product and the industry as a whole
• Experience in creating effective action plans to maintain or improve performance
• Knowledgeable in building new and repeat business through customer clienteling
• Training and development
• Proven track record in recruiting, onboarding, and developing internal and external talent
• Effective communication style that energizes and encourages others to collaborate
• Lead through collaboration, encouraging the team to share ideas, fostering accountability and trust
• Clearly communicate new initiatives and goals in a timely and effective manner
• Customer service: passionate about providing the best customer experience to purchasing and non‑purchasing customers
• Lead by example, setting tone in how the team shows up each day and personal presentation
• Lead and coach through return policies while prioritizing overall customer experience
• Respond quickly to customer complaints and concerns professionally, with a resolution orientation
• Execute brand visual standards and updates
• Operations: execute daily store operations efficiently
• Schedule team members to meet business and budget needs
• Manage store inventory with high detail and organization per SOPs
• Lead opening and closing duties

• At least one year experience in a retail leadership position
• Over 18 years of age
• Ability to lift/move at least 50 lbs
• Ability to bend, squat, twist & reach
• Ability to stand/walk for at least 6 hours per shift
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays
• Full‑time availability with open availability

Compensation

• Salary range $75,000 – $85,000 (may vary based on experience)
