Reformation is opening a new store at Pinecrest Mall, Cleveland, OH, with a Store Manager to lead sales, operations, and customer experience. You will drive store performance, coach the team, and ensure brand standards while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

The role requires 5+ years retail experience, 4+ years management, and the ability to work a flexible schedule in a fast-paced environment. Compensation reflects experience and equity in a mission-driven brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years Retail Experience required.
• Minimum of 4 years Retail Management Experience required.
• Experience working with a sales or retail organization and/or operationally intensive business.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross functional team environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities.
• The drive to take on new challenges with self-motivation for development.
• Ability to set clear objectives and inspire the team to reach potential.

Responsibilities

• Measure and monitor sales performance and take action to improve.
• Own operational execution to achieve revenue targets while balancing budget and expenses.
• Use business acumen to understand drivers and build solutions.
• Consistently meet and exceed store sales goals.
• Drive an elevated client experience and embody brand values.
• Lead the sales floor and deliver customer experience with a first customer mindset.
• Assist customers and coach team for continuous improvement.
• Balance sales and service with optimal staffing and payroll goals.
• Deliver and maintain extraordinary customer experience NPS scores.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and train the team in-store.
• Contribute to Loss Prevention and training.
• Ensure facility maintenance and presentation.
• Lead merchandising standards and strategize for customer experience.
• Provide feedback to corporate on product and sales performance.
• Manage day-to-day retail team performance and develop talent.
• Own hiring, training and development across the store.
