Job summary

Bridge & Burn is seeking a Bend store leader to run the day-to-day operations, guide a small team, and set the tone for customer service in a growing Northwest brand. You’ll work closely with the Portland team on product, merchandising, and marketing while shaping the Bend store’s identity and community presence.

You’ll oversee hiring, training, and coaching, grow sales, maintain visual standards, and build local partnerships to drive a loyal customer base.

Full time | In person | 916 NW Wall Street, Bend

Bridge & Burn has been making classic, functional Northwest apparel for men and women in Portland since 2010. Our founder Erik grew up in Bend, and this summer we opened our first Central Oregon store on Wall Street. Now we’re looking for the person who will lead it and help it grow.

The role

You’ll run the Bend store day to day and help shape what it becomes. You’ll lead a small team, set the tone for how customers are treated, and have a real voice in what works for this market. You’ll also be the face of Bridge & Burn in Bend, building real relationships with local businesses, organizations, and the community. You’ll work closely with our Portland team on product, merchandising, and marketing, with plenty of room to bring your own ideas.
