CosmoProf is hiring a Store Manager in Birmingham to lead a high-energy team and drive sales while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will coach staff, manage store operations, budgets, and inventory, and ensure safety and policy compliance.

The role emphasizes coaching, performance measurement, and maintaining an attractive store environment to maximize customer satisfaction and business results.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Operational, financial and performance management experience.
• Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required.
• Self-starter attitude with a drive to continuously learn, develop and educate store personnel and customers to enhance success.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for all things hair and beauty!

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and mentor staff.
• Oversee store operations with emphasis on budgeting, controlling expenses, growing sales and inventory management.
• Enforce safety, security, and company policies to protect customers, staff, and assets.
