Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager for our CosmoProf location in Birmingham, AL. You will lead a dynamic team, drive sales, and ensure a memorable customer experience through strong coaching and service excellence.

Responsibilities include managing talent, overseeing store operations, controlling expenses, and maintaining inventory while upholding safety standards. A passion for hair and beauty and a self-starter attitude are essential for success.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Operational, financial and performance management experience.
• Cosmetology license is a plus - but not required.
• Self-starter attitude with a drive to continuously learn, develop and educate store personnel and customers to enhance success.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for all things hair and beauty!

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations with focus on budget, expenses, sales growth and inventory management.
• Protect customers, associates and store assets by following safety, security rules and company policies.
