Signet Jewelers Limited is seeking a Store Manager in the United States (New Hampshire – Salem area). The role focuses on maintaining daily standards to achieve sales and profit projections, creating a customer-centric environment, and driving team development through training and evaluation.

You will recruit and select store talent while managing store operations in line with company policies. We emphasize integrity, diversity, teamwork and internal advancement.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail management experience is required, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends

Store Manager

The Store Manager is responsible for maintaining daily focus on individual and team members' standards achievement to attain sales and profit projections; contributing to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction; developing skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation; and recruiting and selection of team members. The Store Manager is also responsible for achieving profit margin goals by managing the P&L; following and enforcing all Company policies and procedures; and other operational and strategic duties.
