About the Team:

The Store Manager will be a passionate Pandora enthusiast. You will immerse yourself in our brand, culture, and products, taking pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role involves engaging with customers on the sales floor, working closely with your team to drive sales, and coaching Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates.

  • Inspire and coach the sales team, providing feedback to meet KPI goals.
  • Build loyal customer relationships beyond transactions.
  • Recruit and bring talented individuals into Pandora, including seasonal and core roles.
  • Partner with the Divisional Sales Manager and HR to address performance issues.
  • Ensure visual merchandising, operational efficiency, and talent development are executed timely.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Candidate Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance retail environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a caring approach.
  • Ability to connect with people at all organizational levels.
  • Sharp business acumen and analytical skills to deliver positive results.
  • Proven talent in recruiting, developing, and retaining teams, with succession planning experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and retail POS systems.
  • Minimum age 18, with proof of identity and work eligibility.
  • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays; ability to stand for long periods and lift 50+ pounds.
