About the Team:

The Store Manager will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. As the Store Manager, you will fully immerse yourself in our brand, culture, and product, taking pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role offers the opportunity to spend time on the sales floor, engaging with customers and working with your team to drive sales. You will coach and manage a team of Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates.

  • Implement visual merchandising directives, ensure operational efficiency, and develop talent.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

To qualify, you should have:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance retail environment.
  • Strong communication skills demonstrating care, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to connect with people at all levels and captivate an audience.
  • Sharp business acumen and analytical skills to deliver positive results.
  • Talent in recruiting, developing, and retaining teams, with experience in succession planning and internal mobility.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and retail POS systems.
  • Be at least 18 years old with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with physical ability to stand for long periods and lift 50+ pounds.
