Job summary

Auto Systems Centers, the world’s largest Midas franchisee and now part of the Mavis Tire family, seeks a full-time Store Manager for our Columbus, OH center. You will lead daily operations, drive sales, manage staff, and ensure top customer service in a high-volume auto service environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in retail store management or a relevant combination of education, training and experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds.
• Value dependability, teamwork, and providing quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a retail store location and drive maximum profitability by increasing sales, monitoring inventory and expenses, and controlling operating costs.
• Direct the work of technicians and mechanics to ensure timely and safe completion of vehicle repair and maintenance.
• Communicate with customers to assess needs and provide information on repairs and maintenance to ensure customer satisfaction.
