Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in retail store management.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds.
• Values dependability, teamwork, and providing quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a retail store location and maximize profitability by driving sales and controlling costs.
• Direct the work of technicians and staff to ensure timely, high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance.
• Communicate with customers to assess needs and promote automotive services and repairs.
• Implement and manage sales programs and monitor inventory and expenses.
