Job summary

Auto Systems Centers, the world’s largest Midas franchisee, is seeking full-time Store Managers for our Dayton, OH service, repair, and tire center. You’ll lead a team, drive sales, manage inventory and costs, and ensure timely, quality vehicle service.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in retail store management.
• Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Physical Ability: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds.
• Mindset: You value dependability, teamwork, and providing quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and staff to achieve sales and service goals.
• Drive sales, monitor inventory and expenses, and manage personnel to maximise profitability.
• Direct technicians and mechanics to ensure timely, safe vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Communicate with customers to assess needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
