Job summary

Bridgestone Americas is seeking an exempt Store Manager to lead a busy retail location in the Alpharetta area. The role supports a 40+ hour week across five days, including weekends, with pay ranging from $58,235 to $98,990.

You will supervise staff, manage payroll and budgets, and drive sales while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include training, scheduling, merchandising, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams and driving store sales.
• Ability to resolve customer issues with strong problem solving.
• Proven aptitude for inventory, scheduling and merchandising.
• Able to assist customers in personal sales and complaints.
• Strong teammate and customer communication skills.
• Negotiation and conflict resolution capabilities.
• Must hold a valid driver's license at all times.
