Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations in our Alabama stores. This exempt leadership role typically requires 40+ hours per week across five days, including weekends, with responsibilities to drive sales, service and teammate development.

Minimum qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent and demonstrated success in retail sales management, with strong problem solving, inventory and customer-service skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated success in retail sales management.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints.
• Aptitude to manage inventory, order scheduling, and merchandising displays.
• Must be able to assist customers for personal sales as well as complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Exceptional teammate and customer communication skills.
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• 2 year college degree or equivalent.
