Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in the United States seeks an exempt Store Manager to lead a busy retail auto-care environment, typically 40+ hours over five days, including weekends.

You will drive sales, manage payroll and store goals, train staff, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining inventory and schedules. Bridgestone offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits to support your growth and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Demonstrated success in retail sales management.
• Strong problem-solving skills for customer issues.
• Aptitude to manage inventory, scheduling and merchandising displays.
• Ability to assist customers with personal sales and complaints to ensure retention.
• Exceptional teamwork and customer communication skills.
• Negotiation and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Must have valid driver’s license and be able to drive company vehicles.
