This role blends strategic planning with hands-on supervision to ensure top-notch store performance. You’ll manage staffing, loss prevention, and customer relations, while coordinating with the Store Manager on goals and store presentation.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers and build relationships to drive sales.

• Manage daily operations: staffing, cleanliness, and stock.
• Monitor expenses and follow Loss Prevention directives.
• Identify business concerns and propose solutions.
• Travel locally to visit accounts and deposits.
