Job Description

Responsibilities:

Automotive Store Manager:

• Lead and develop store team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Drive sales and maximize product knowledge
• Manage store operations, staffing, scheduling, and inventory
• Oversee technical services and repairs
• Maintain store appearance and ensure safety compliance
• Build customer relationships and address needs
• Maintain technical proficiency through training

Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 annually plus incentives.

Automotive Technician:

• Perform vehicle diagnostics and identify repairs
• Complete Courtesy Inspections
• Assist with inventory and store duties
• Perform services adhering to safety standards
• Test drive vehicles following policies
• Maintain technical knowledge via training
• Operate equipment safely
• Perform other duties as needed

Hourly Rate: $20.00 - $25.00, Flat Rate: $30 - $45, based on experience.

Qualifications

Store Manager:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with good MVR
• Leadership experience in retail/sales
• Financial management skills
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Mentoring and coaching ability
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods

Technician:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Automotive training or experience
• ASE certification and State Inspection license preferred
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate vehicles
• Own basic tools or participate in tool purchase program
