Store Manager and Automotive Technicians

Responsibilities:

Automotive Store Manager:

• Lead and develop the store team to deliver excellent customer service
• Drive sales and enhance product knowledge
• Manage store operations including staffing, scheduling, and inventory
• Oversee technical services and repairs
• Maintain store appearance and ensure safety and policy compliance
• Build customer relationships and address their needs
• Maintain technical proficiency through training

Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 annually plus incentives.

• Perform vehicle diagnostics and identify repairs
• Complete Monro's Courtesy Inspection on every vehicle
• Assist with inventory and store duties
• Perform services following safety standards
• Test drive vehicles in accordance with policies
• Maintain technical knowledge via training
• Operate equipment safely
• Perform other duties as assigned

Additional Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour based on experience, plus flat rate earnings of $30 - $45.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory MVR
• Leadership experience in retail or sales
• Ability to manage finances, results, and costs
• Strong problem-solving and inventory skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Mentoring and coaching abilities
• Flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand long periods, and perform shop movements

Preferred:

• Automotive training or experience in basic maintenance and repair
• ASE certification and State Inspection license (where applicable)
• Own basic tools or participate in Monro’s tool purchase program
