Position Overview

The Store Manager at PIedmont Lube Centers, LLC dba Jiffy Lube plays a critical leadership role by driving performance, delivering exceptional customer service, and creating a positive and productive team environment. Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development

• Train, supervise, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service and quality work.
• Foster a collaborative, team-first culture focused on safety, integrity, and accountability.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Serve as a mentor and role model for all employees, promoting professional growth and development.

Customer Service

• Ensure every customer interaction reflects the Jiffy Lube brand promise of fast, friendly, and professional service.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Operations Management

• Maintain high standards in store cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and overall presentation.
• Ensure all safety protocols, company policies, and standard operating procedures are followed consistently.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Coordinate daily workflow to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Financial Management

• Manage inventory, labor, and controllable costs to achieve profitability goals.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.
• Perform cash handling, deposit reconciliation, and end-of-day reporting with accuracy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in retail, service, or automotive environment (preferred).
• Comfortable working in shop environments and outdoor conditions
• Weekend availability required
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage a team and resolve operational challenges effectively.
• Basic understanding of financial reports and ability to interpret business metrics.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods.
• High school diploma or GED required; some college or technical training preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
