The role involves scheduling, staffing, labor management, inventory control, and maintaining a safe, clean store environment. Weekend availability and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience (supervisory preferred).

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will work alongside your team, support store performance, and help build a strong, accountable, and high-performing culture. What You'll Do:

• Support daily store operations including sales, service, and overall performance
• Lead by example by delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales
• Coach, train, and develop team members to improve performance and engagement

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Work in a service shop environment with exposure to noise, fumes, and varying temperatures
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Frequent movement including bending, lifting, and working with tools and equipment
