South Bay Lube, Inc. (DBA Jiffy Lube) is seeking a General Manager to lead daily store operations, coach a high-performing team, and ensure top-quality service for every customer.

You will oversee staffing, scheduling, vehicle maintenance support, inventory control, and safety compliance, while developing talent and driving growth across Florida locations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail, hospitality, or automotive management.
• Hands-on automotive experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License & Age 18+.
• Fluent in English.
• Completion of CBT and management training modules.

Requirements

What You’ll Need

• 1+ year of retail, hospitality, or automotive management
• Hands-on automotive experience preferred

• Reliable attendance and communication skills
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and work on your feet
• Required to work a minimum of 48 hours per week
• Completion of CBT and management training modules
