Job summary

Flynn's Tire & Auto Service in Allison Park, PA is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our new location. This role focuses on driving sales, managing operations, and coaching a high-performance team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Management experience is required.
• Knowledge of consumer tire products and services is required.
• Strong leadership with ability to coach and motivate sales teams.
• Proven track record in meeting production, quality, efficiency and customer service goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform tire work (rotation, balancing, installation).
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR.

Job Requirements:

• Management Experience REQUIRED.
• Knowledge of consumer tire products and services is REQUIRED.
• Strong team leadership expertise with understanding of what it takes to effectively direct and motivate sales.
• Proven experience in data analysis and use to make sound business decisions.
• Proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding production, quality, efficiency, and customer service goals.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to perform tire work, including but not limited to tire rotation and balancing/tire installation.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable MVR and pre-employment testing.
