Job summary

Flynn's Tire & Auto Service is seeking Service Managers to lead daily operations across multiple Flynn's locations in the region. The role focuses on reviewing inspections, securing parts, assisting customers, and maintaining high service standards.

Ideal candidates will travel between Flynn's locations, manage inventories, drive process improvements, and uphold our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Benefit-rich environment with a path for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Willing and able to travel to other Flynn's locations in the Region.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines with a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
• Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions and routines
• Knowledge of consumer tire products and services
• Understanding of mechanical service needs and guidelines for state inspections, etc.
• Valid driver's license, acceptable MVR and pre-employment testing
