Job summary

Fabletics in Denver, CO is seeking a Regional Store Manager for Cherry Creek to lead sales and store operations, delivering a world-class customer experience and guiding a team of 10 to 12 associates and leaders.

You will recruit and train staff, drive customer engagement through events and promotions, coordinate with Merchandising and Inventory, and ensure payroll, inventory, and store standards are maintained. On-site, fast-paced culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years working as a manager within a retail environment.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle choices such as Yoga, Cycling, Pilates, Weight Training, Running.
• Strong ability to lead large teams and set personal and professional goals.
• Proficient with Excel, Outlook, and retail POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead store leadership in line with company goals and store targets.
• Recruit, hire and train Associates and Supervisors for customer engagement.
• Drive customer engagement through in-store events and promotions.
• Direct daily activities of Supervisors and Associates to align with goals.
• Coordinate with Merchandising, Inventory & Fulfillment for timely outcomes.
• Manage payroll, inventory, and related store paperwork.
