Majors Management is hiring a Store Manager to lead all aspects of store operations onsite in Alabama. The role emphasizes profitability, inventory control, talent recruitment, and delivering a superior guest experience.

You will manage daily operations, coach and develop staff, schedule shifts, and maintain labor controls while driving sales and controlling expenses.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of retail management experience.

The Store Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the store’s team and operations. This position will be responsible for driving store profitability, managing inventory levels, recruiting and hiring talent, and providing superior guest experience.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have valid driver's license and MVR
• The role requires flexibility in hours, including evenings / weekends / holidays, and the ability to work at least 50 hours per week, including one weekend per month
• Availability to be on call 24/7

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 1 year of retail management experience
