Job summary

Majors Management is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy onsite Alabama store, driving profitability and guest satisfaction. You will manage inventory, recruit and develop staff, and ensure high standards of service while controlling labor and expenses.

The role reports to the District Manager, with responsibilities spanning daily operations, P&L oversight, and a culture focused on people-first, superior guest experiences. Expect 50-hour weeks, flexibility, and weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of retail management experience.
• Valid driver's license and MVR required.
• Ability to work 50 hours per week including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• On-call 24/7 availability.
