Majors Management is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily store operations onsite and develop a high-performance team focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences.

You will train, coach, and mentor staff, ensuring guest needs are prioritized while meeting sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1–2 years of retail experience in a similar environment.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory MVR.
