Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to relocate within 50 miles of home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening/closing shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality guest experiences and store standards.
• Lead and participate in the 8+ weeks store leadership training program.
