Cloverkey hospital gift shop in Stockbridge, GA seeks a Store Manager to lead operations, drive sales, and coach a team to deliver an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will manage daily operations, scheduling, cash handling, merchandising, and collaborate with hospital staff to serve patients, families, visitors, and staff with excellence.

In this role, you'll be responsible for driving sales, leading and developing your team, creating an exceptional shopping experience, and building strong relationships with our hospital partners. Store Manager Scheduled Hours

M-F - 7:45am - 4:15pm

What You'll Do

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous retail store management experience required.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical requirements of a retail environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
